1. Bookings & Appointments

All appointments must be booked online or via phone. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your slot. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in cancellation or rescheduling.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable if rescheduled with proper notice. No-shows will forfeit deposits and may be blocked from future bookings. Contact Us

We aim to deliver styles as close as possible to your request. Final results may vary based on hair type and condition. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any allergies or sensitivities before appointments.

4. Products
All products sold are final sale unless defective. For hygiene reasons, hair products and tools cannot be returned once opened.

5. Code of Conduct
We maintain a respectful and safe environment. Abusive behavior towards staff will result in refusal of service.
